When you make a purchase on our website, as part of the process we collect the personal information you provide, such as your name, address, and email address. Your personal information will be used only for the specific purposes listed below.

  3. To contact our Visitors and Users with general notices related to the service, and with promotional messages, only when you have given your consent to do so, and you may unsubscribe at any time;

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your information is only shared with the service providers strictly necessary to operate our business, as described below.

Our business is hosted in a secure environment that allows us to sell products and services to our customers. Your information may be stored on secure servers protected by a firewall.

Our website accepts online payments through Eupago, PayPal, and Stripe. On the Stripe platform, all card numbers are encrypted at rest using the AES-256 standard. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. Stripe's infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers is managed on separate hosting infrastructure and does not share credentials with Stripe's core services.

We may contact you to notify you about your account, to help you resolve an issue related to your account, to settle a payment dispute, to collect fees or amounts owed, for surveys or questionnaires, for news about our project, or for any other reason necessary to fulfil our contract, in accordance with local law. We may do so by email, phone, text message, or mail.

Your rights

You may also file a complaint with the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados), Portugal's data protection authority, if you believe your rights are not being respected.

Data retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your relationship with us as a customer lasts and, after that period, for a further 10 years, in order to comply with tax and accounting obligations under Portuguese law.

International transfers

Some of our service providers (such as Stripe) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
