Crispy Mushrooms
- 6 pleurotus mushrooms
- 3 tbsp flour
- Water as needed
- 1 tbsp Jamaican jerk seasoning
- Panko as needed
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil as needed
Sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp agave
- 1 tsp Jamaican jerk seasoning
For the Burgers
- 2 burger buns
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Pickles
- Lettuce
Preparation Method
- In a plate, mix the flour, Jamaican jerk seasoning, and salt. Gradually add water until you get a texture similar to beaten egg.
- Dip each mushroom into this mixture, then coat it with panko. Repeat until all mushrooms are breaded.
- Place the breaded mushrooms on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, drizzle with olive oil, and bake at 210°C (410°F) until golden and crispy.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and stirring well.
